Inside

The villa has  two floors , the upper floor is accessed via the inside wide staircase and offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite. There is also a separate toilet. Enjoy the view from the rooftop, outside or in the living room with its beautiful fully glazed façade, and its own billiard. TV , comfortable seating and pantry to make drinks and snacks .

 

We go down the stairs to find two bedrooms each with bathroom en suite, also on this floor level, we have a guest toilet . Then through the wardrobe we go to the spacious living room with a lovely sitting group , large TV,  and a very large dining table with 12 chairs . The adjacent kitchen has a cooking island and a lot of space including a double fridge and freezer. Of course, dishwasher, microwave  , and oven are included. The inventory is calculated for more than 12 persons . In the pantry you can find the washer , tumble dryer and many household items .

 The villa is newly furnished in a modern style . New beds in all bedrooms . All rooms are air-conditioned , the house has underfloor heating downstairs and the pool can be heated if required . It also has satellite. There is WiFi in the whole house . In short, every luxury is present. But there's more.

Exterior

You will not easily find a villa with a terrace of so many m2, with a lot of seating areas and private nooks to sit back while reading a book with a drink. Only that is already a holiday.

Through large sliding doors you come to the large naya, with another large table with up to 14 seats for the many outdoor meals that you can enjoy in this climate. Next is the very large terrace with plenty of sun beds with cushions  and other furniture . All of it grouped around

the swimming pool of 9 x 4,5 ( can be heated ). With large floating umbrellas providing shade. The large palm trees complete the picture of this very special villa.

 

Around the corner there is am outdoor kitchen with BBQ . Here you can also find the outdoor shower and outdoor toilet . On the other side of the terrace, a golf practice course with 4 holes and a petanque court , and for some relaxation a table tennis and a table football as well as a dart game . Also for the little ones a playhouse , slide etc , a blackboard and a box with wooden  toys .

 

 Behind closed doors you can park four cars, two in the shade . The plot is fully enclosed and gated with electric doors .

Location

Long before we discovered this place, the wealthy families from Valencia build their summer residence on the spot where now Villa Bon Repos stands . Not only plenty of terrace space but the location is also perfect . All day in the sun. Sheltered by the mountain range against the winters sometimes fresh breeze from the north , a wind that often comes from the sea in the summer and it's very refreshing.

At a 8 a 10-minute walk , you will find Moraira and its wonderful beaches. Moraira is a small super cozy village with of course an abundance of restaurants and terraces . In the summer there is a lot to do and almost every night there is some event .

 

A 30 minutes car ride away is Benidorm entirely different character with lots of entertainment, or go visit to the most beautiful city in Spain , Valencia . Incidentally, we recommend to fly to Valencia its almost the same distance as Alicante but has a much quicker handling.
