The villa has two floors.
On the upper floor (175m2 or 1880sq. feet) you Hill find three bedrooms: two with single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed, a balcony and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious living room comes with several armchairs and sofas and a 28” television. From here you have access to a large naya, or covered terrace, with table and chairs. There is a self-contained kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
On the lower floor you have the other bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an open-plan kitchen with electric hob, fridge and oven. There is also a living room with access to another naya, or covered terrace, situated next to the pool.
In this holiday house, you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all the windows come with fly nets and blinds.
Exterior
Villa Moraira has a large estate of 100m2 (1075sq. feet) and comes with large terraces, barbecue and palm trees. There is a large, illuminated swimming pool (9x5m or 30x16 feet) with an outdoor shower on the south side of the house with sun loungers and sun shade. There are two nayas, both very spacious, with garden furniture for eating outside. The smaller naya also has several comfortable sofas.
Location
The house is in a peaceful area with few houses around it, giving it a pleasant feeling of freedom. From the terraces, you can see the vineyards and, in the distance, the Mediterranean Sea. What makes this villa so special is that it is located only 800 metres from Moraira beach. Thanks to this, you can go to beach or the market without worrying about finding a parking space.
The town is 900m away and there is a supermarket 500m from the house. The property is enclosed and is accessed via an electric gate with remote control. There is space to park four cars.
