Arrival and departure.

 

One week before your arrival you will receive an email with all the details you need to know for your arrival. Please inform us in good time of the approximate time of your arrival. 

You will be able to use the residence from 17:00 onwards, but it may also be possible to enter earlier, in this case please contact us.  We ask you to leave the residence no later than 10:00 am.

On arrival, you will have to pay a deposit which will be returned to you by bank transfer after the check out of the house, minus the energy costs.

 

Stay in the house.

The use of bed linen is compulsory, you can bring your own or we can provide them for a fee.

It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants indicated on the booking forms without informing us in advance.  In case of last minute additions we are flexible as long as we are informed well in advance.

Any damage to the property during your stay will be at your own expense and will be deducted from your security deposit in the first instance.  You will have 24 hours to report any damage prior to your arrival.  We recommend the use of travel insurance for all clients.

Cancellation.

 

In case of cancellation after your final booking but 6 months before your stay you will get back the full amount paid minus 50€.  In case of cancellation less than 6 months before your booking period you will have to pay 100% of the booking costs, in case we are not able to re-rent that period.  Because of this we recommend you to take out a cancellation insurance.

 

Adderess.

 

We will provide you with the address of your villa as soon as your reservation is final and you can also find it in your rental contract. We do not provide the address before under any circumstances to protect the privacy of the owners and our clients.

 

Gas and electricity.

 

Gas and electricity will be paid according to consumption at the end of the rental period.

 

Trash and kitchen inventory.

 

All rubbish must be removed from the villa before departure, if not we will deduct a fine of 60 € from the deposit.

The linen must be left in good condition. Before using the swimming pool a shower is required so that oil and grease do not disturb the operation of the pool. For the use of the swimming pool a shower is obligatory in order not to damage the functioning of the pool with oil and grease. 

The inventory of the kitchen and the barbecue should be left clean when leaving the villa, the rest of the house is not.

Damage and damage.

 

After your arrival at the villa within the first 48 hours, you must report any damage or malfunction, so that we can proceed to repair it as soon as possible. To do this you should send an email to k.holthaus@villasimagen.com or call the telephone number: 0034 676 914 298.

If you have any comments about the cleaning, please let us know within 12 hours so that we can remedy it.

If no notification is received within 48 hours, villas imagen will assume that the property is in perfect condition.
