Inside
The house is all on the same level as the terrace and the pool. The living room with direct access to the terrace , has comfortable furniture , a fireplace and a TV ( with satellite ) with DVD player . There is also WI-FI .
In addition, there is a wooden dining table for six persons at the open kitchen . Which contains a fridge , oven , microwave, dishwasher , coffee maker and Senseo machine . The inventory of the kitchen is very complete. The bright room, thanks to the large windows, has air conditioning , a luxury in the hot summer months .
Furthermore, there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning , one with twin beds and two with double beds. The house has two bathrooms , one "en suite " . Both with toilet, sink and shower .
In the garage you can find a washing machine, extra fridge and freezer .
The whole house has central heating and is suitable for a comfortable winter .
Exterior
The principal attraction of villa " La Vista " is the fantastic view . The house is located high in the mountains , as you can see on the photo , with a completely unobstructed panoramic view from Moraira to the Ifach in Calpe . You can perfectly enjoy this from the large long terrace under the palm tree in the naya or under the sunshade (parasol). Here you will also find the kidney shaped 8 by 4 meters swimming pool. Surrounding the pool are several sun beds with cushions . There is an outdoor shower and a pair of beautiful palms , all essential for a holiday at the Costa Blanca.
Located near the terrace you have a small covered terrace with a table and chairs for when the sun is a little too much. Nearby, you also have a brick BBQ
Thanks to its southeast location, the house is protected by the mountain against the winter cold northwest winds.
The entire terrain is enclosed so you don’t have to worry about the safety of pets and small children . The entrance consists of a large electric gate with remote control and a door.
Parking is on site within the gate were , apart from the garage, there is also room for at least two cars under cover. You will also find there a table tennis and dart board, and elsewhere is the play area for the little ones with a playhouse, slide, etc. Within the house you find a wooden box with toys and a blackboard.

Location
Villa la Vista is located at a four-minute drive from the small town of Moraira, with its large sandy beaches and known for its excellent restaurants. There you can also enjoy the boulevard with its little bars. The port also stands out, with its luxury yachts and its fish market and the small center with its streets and boutiques.
If you prefer a more active holiday, Benidorm is 30 minutes away by car or you can take the ferry to Ibiza.
