The villa is situated a few steps below the street and a large covered carport, you enter via the large living room with nice sofas , TV and a computer . From this room you can go directly to the naya with plants and seatings at the pool terrace, an invitation to take a sit down and relax. Going the other way you get to the large dining room table and chairs with open kitchen with a bar . The kitchen has an oven , dishwasher , refrigerator and microwave. There is a sun room with a sofa and some chairs and a playing box, blackboard and play table for the little ones.
At this level there you can find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink . In addition, a separate large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink .
You can use the internal stairs downwards to get into the hall which 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a bathroom en suite with shower , bath, double sink and toilet bidet. The bed in this bedroom is 160X200 . The other bedroom has a bed of 150 x 200 and the third a rollaway bed of 90 x 200 . From the hall you have access to the garden and private terrace with sun loungers.

You will feel very at ease in this villa . A big garden surrounds the villa with beautiful palms and other Mediterranean trees and shrubs . A lovely terrace with a heated swimming pool with a slide, lazy chairs with cushions complete this lovely terrace with its Spanish terra cotta pots and again magnificent views . The outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, a spacious brick BBQ and a wooden six-person dining area invites to a cozy drink or meal .
The garden continues to play an important role, including a flight of stairs down to a playground with table tennis, darts and a petanque court, gives the opportunity to relax. Seats are also not lacking at the other side of the house there is a part of the garden where you can lie down under the sun or under the shadows of the trees.
