Through the spacious entrance hall or through the terrace you will find the spacious lounge with two seating groups, one of which has a double sofa bed, which allows this spacious 6 person villa to be used by 8 persons.
The living room is equipped with air-conditioning , a big screen TV, eight-person dining area and plenty of space. Adjoining you can find the open kitchen containing all modern equipment such as dishwasher, oven, micronda etc.
From the living room trough the hallway you will find on the right the stairs to the very spacious bedroom upstairs with bathroom en suite and large balcony / terrace with seating and sun loungers.
At the bottom of the hallway you have two bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower and sink.
There is also a guest toilet, laundry room and a closet, from this hallway you also have access to the terraces and swimming pool. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The villa, of course has wifi and satellite TV with Dutch channels.
Exterior

You can easily park two cars under the pergola behind closed door on the property, the villa is surrounded with garden and greenery, there is a lawn with a table tennis, a little play ground for the little ones with playhouse slide car etc.
In addition to the spacious large terrace around the pool with a large outdoor shower, the large BBQ / outdoor kitchen / bar invites you to a drink and to enjoy a delicious meal during the sultry evenings. The indirect lighting in the terrace and under the palms makes a very strong fairy-tale atmosphere. Of course there is also shade in the covered terrace under the parasol on the pool terrace. The pool is located central to all this.
Due to the location of the villa you are guaranteed all day sun on one of the terraces, so you can enjoy the last sunbeams on the terrace next to the outdoor kitchen with stunning views of nature, it is enjoyable until the last moment.
Location
Centrally located between the famous holiday villages of Moraira and Javea, Villa Vista Panoramica is located in the urbanization "Los Molinos" justa a 10 minutes drive to the left to the lovely El Arenal beach of Javea, 10 minutes to the right and you are dotted with the charm From the old fishing village of Moraira with its cozy streets, fine sandy beach and plenty of good restaurants.
SFrom the terrace, you have a view of the special Cumbre del Sol mountain massif. A tour of this mountain with its wonderful sea view is really amazing, on days with clear weather you can see Ibiza and up to 35 KM down Benidorm. You can also enjoy a horse ride through the nature reserve Granadella located on the cumbre de sol, you just have to book a tour with the riding school located on the Cumbre del Sol.
For golf lovers golf club of Javea is located nearby, or at 10-minute drive golf club Moraira. And Golf resort La Sella is a 20-minute drive away.
Walks from the villa, deep sea diving in Moraira, water scooter, fishing, tennis on one of the many tennis courts in the area, mountain climbing, descending to caves and much more can be done within a few kilometres from the villa.
There are also other things like amusement parks (Benidorm) visit the world city of Valencia with its three very different centers or just enjoy the last sunbeams on a terrace at the bay of El Portet looking at the luxury yachts.
